THE ROMAN EMPIRE AND THE MUSLIM REVOLUTION
Biblicists are
inclusively students of history. The old Roman Empire followed the Grecian
Empire. Both have indelibly altered the manner in which life is conducted, and
thus have changed history.
In our days, we have witnessed the latter-day resurgence of the Roman Empire as
a powerful entity in government as well as the visible influence of religion.
Despite revelations of the moral corruption that prevails in this most mystical
cult, she has risen to renewed prominence as a political and religious power.
When someone is chosen to represent Christianity, invariably, a true Christian
voice is ignored, and a Roman Catholic priest will be presented to the public.
That overriding dominance continues to grow. The Roman Catholic Church is behind
the European drive for global oneness, and is edging the United States to become
both Catholic and a proponent of a one-world society. Former President Bill
Clinton bowed on his knees before Pope John Paul II, as did President Bush
senior, and President and Laura Bush. Whether done intentionally or
unintentionally, they were giving undeserved honor to the most powerful man on
Earth. Nations, protestant denominations, and pagan cults are congregating under
the umbrella of Rome.
The Fourth Beast
Daniel noted that the fourth beast was “diverse” (different) from all its
heathen predecessors (Daniel 7:19). God informed this Jewish prophet that the
fourth beast will be the fourth great kingdom on earth that persecutes the Jews.
It shall “devour” the whole earth, and “break it in pieces” (Daniel 7:23).
Remember, Pope Pius gave his blessing upon Adolf Hitler, and this powerful cult
worked with the International Red Cross to provide false documents and
assistance for top Nazi officers so they could escape prosecution at the end of
World War II by slipping away to other countries.
This fourth heathen superpower, whose doctrines and practices originated in
Nimrod’s Babylon, ruled in the days when Messiah Yeshua was virgin-born. It
ruled Israel and much of the known world with an iron, autocratic fist, and was
a factor in the death of our Messiah.
The terminology in the above text refers to the Biblical, spiritual and morally
destructive influence that Rome has upon any society. I can personally speak to
this fact, having witnessed their evil practices and the effects of them in my
travels around the world. Any religion which bows before idols, images or icons,
and prays to the dead is idolatrous and a false cult. (Leviticus 19:4; 26:1;
Ezekiel 22:3-4; 23:7, 30).
The Last-Day form of Rome
Clay is included in the latter-day form of the Roman Catholic system:
“His legs of iron, his feet part of iron and part of clay” (Daniel 2:33).
Obviously, one cannot mix clay with iron. A clue to the meaning is provided in
the following scripture:
“And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves
with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is
not mixed with clay” (Daniel 2:43).
“The seed of man” represents the general population of mankind around the world.
The clay speaks of the mixture of Catholicism The feet and toes will be the last
form of the Roman Empire seen at the time Messiah returns to Earth at the end of
the 70th Week (Tribulation). The feet are an extension of the legs, and
represent the Eastern and Western divisions of Roman Empire. The 4th kingdom
described in Daniel is the same as the 6th kingdom of Revelation 17:9-11. The
toes speak of the final division of the Roman Empire into 10 kingdoms, which
will be ruled by 10 kings from 10 separate capitals. Y
